Franklin Christmas Peds & More 1.0

Hello everyone, this new mod generates various peds and various objects including Christmas decorations at Franklin's house.
For this creation I used a mod that I love and that I use every Christmas in my game configuration and it is the following:

For which I sincerely thank the author Foxunitone:

For a greater experience, enriched with more Christmas content, I recommend you download and install my latest mods that I report below:

https://it.gta5-mods.com/maps/christmas-franklin-s-home
INSTALLATION
1] Animated Kitsune Christmas Tree Train 2.0
download and install the mod from the following link:
https://it.gta5-mods.com/maps/kitsune-christmas-tree-train
and install it in your mods folder following the instructions.
2] Menyoo 2.0
download and install the mod from the following link:
https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-2-0
If you are ready, proceed as follows to install:
Grand Theft Auto V>menyooStuff>Spooner
and add the file: Franklin Christmas Ped&More.xml
3] note:
remember to open the PropList.txt file and add the term: foxytree
Path: GTA V / menyooStuff / PropList
In the game, press F8 to open Menyoo (2 times: the first time to activate and then the second time to view)
Go to: Object Spooner/Manage Saved Files/Christmas Franklin's Home/Load Placements
DONE!!
