Install mod with OpenIV, open taxi file and replace the png in ZIP file.
You need to download 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Taxi with made by smokey8808 :

@DevinKan You may feel a bit embarrassed but, if you look closer on screenshot 4, you'll see Los Santos characters. He's using a GTA 4 map mod in GTA 5. e.e

I know this is old but you forgot Royal Cab Co. Their the maroon cabs in Chicago. Chicago doesn't use Crown Vics anymore either. We use Toyota Camry's, Toyota Prius's, and Ford Escape's
